Return Policy

We offer Three Days window (from delivered date) to our valued customers to return a product under the following events and receive a replacement.

If We Deliver:

Defective Product (Software/Functional Issue)

Wrong Product (Colour & Model)

Dead Product (Product Not Working)

Damaged Product (Physically Damaged)

Wrong and Damaged delivered product must be reported within 24 hours from the delivery date accompanied with images of the product & product box (through email).

If product is totally not working (Dead Product) then before call to customer care kindly charge your mobile minimum 6 (eight) hours regularly.

We accept your complaint when we receive your goods completely unused and accompanied with all the accessories. We process a refund if we are not able to arrange a replacement. The maximum time we take for resolve your complaint within 10-15 working days.
